I’m Alexandre Martins — a photographer with over a decade behind the lens, and a passion for turning movement into memory.

With years of experience across different subjects, I’ve come to focus on what drives me most: capturing the raw intensity of sport. I’m drawn to the moments where everything peaks — physically, emotionally, visually. That’s what I chase through the lens.

My work centers on athletes at their most charged and vulnerable: the leap, the collision, the stillness before the action, the eruption after. I use instinct, light, and precise timing to freeze those fleeting moments that define a performance. Whether it’s triumph, tension, or exhaustion, I aim to reveal the emotion behind every movement — the human truth inside the game.

In 2025, my work was awarded second place in the ‘Out of the Ordinary’ Photo of the Year contest by EPCR and the Investec Champions Cup — a recognition that fuels my passion for telling stories through sport.

I’m based in France, near Paris, and available to travel wherever the story takes me.
